Key responsibilities
Influencer & community collaboration: Research and reach out to relevant creators for partnerships, seeding, UGC, and product testing for our consumer brand. Prepare and update media kits and briefs for creators, and coordinate product sample send-outs.
Community management: Be the first point of contact for all incoming questions across all channels (social media, e-mail, etc.). Respond on-brand to DMs, comments, and product feedback. Proactively engage with fans, creators, and customers.
Marketing team support: Support the marketing team across content creation, events, and other initiatives as needed.
Performance management: Monitor what works well and create reports for all social media activities, identifying trends and actionable insights.
